"Where Do I Belong?" - Poem

Walking around, trying to wonder where do I belong,
People say I’m lost, I have to prove them wrong.
I will find a place, that’s just right for me,
I will prove them wrong, its my ultimate dream.
I will search the sky, I’ll probe the ocean floor,
to see if I can find, what I am looking for.
Even if my hope starts to rupture on,
I’ll search in the morning, I will search at dawn.
Maybe I will have to go through a tedious wait,
but everything in worth it, if I find my fate.
I’ll look in the eerie hallway, I will search in Santa's sleigh,
there has to be an answer, there has to be a way.
I will look underneath the rocks that have submerged,
there’s no way I’ll give up, I will fight the urge.
I’ll look through many ships, then with them sail away,
but after breaking the ballast, there’s a price I have to pay.
I’ll keep looking and looking until the final day,
I will keep on looking in a buoyant way.
I’ll look through all the squares, I’ll search through all the spheres,
and then maybe one day I’ll realize, that I belong right here.
